As a retained executive and leadership search firm, HumanEdge is retained by clients to conduct searches to fill specific leadership positions. As such, for the purpose of facilitating your candidacy for a specific position with one of our clients, with your consent we may collect a variety of information that may include a cover letter, personal resume or CV, professional accreditations or papers, proof of education documents and financial or other information as may be required for various back checks and references.
b. collection of client information
When HumanEdge is retained by a client for an executive or leadership search or to conduct specific consulting services, all information provided or collected pertaining to this work is stored and managed in the strictest confidence. Only information consented by our clients is shared with candidates or other third parties for the sole purpose of the work being performed.
c. contact forms
If you use a form on our website, your information is not stored or cached. We retain your contact information to enable us to respond to your queries and requests. We may use a third-party mail subscription service which requires you to manually sign up. This service may collect your name and email address to allow us to send you marketing material. Your contact information will be removed if you unsubscribe from this service.
d. embedded content from other websites
Articles, blogs, links on the HumanEdge site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

HumanEdge uses Google Analytics to track how people interact with our website and to help us to identify our audience. This information is used to help us improve our website and improve our serve.

Only upon your consent do we provide candidate information (usually cover letters and resumes or CV) to our clients pertaining to your candidacy. Furthermore, upon your consent your information may be shared with a third-party for various back check purposes. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any Personally Identifiable Information.
b. client information
Only upon your consent do we provide client information (usually a position profile and related information) to our candidates pertaining to a specific role and potential employment / career opportunity. HumanEdge, in consultation with our client, may use Nondisclosure Agreements to further enhance the privacy protection of our clients. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any Personally Identifiable Information.
