This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial business professional to develop the skills required to successfully conduct executive and professional searches, placing the highest-quality candidates in our clients’ organizations.
For an initial period of six months, you will work under the direction of our Director, Recruitment to learn our quality-centered methodology, processes and systems by assisting in the completion of several search engagements. At the successful conclusion of the training period, you will begin to work directly with our Client Partners across Canada, collaborating with them on searches by developing a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs, conducting research to identify potential candidates, and engaging candidates in a series of conversations to confirm their technical and cultural fit.
