The Client Partner
HumanEdge has the opportunity to welcome a Client Partner in Vancouver. As a Client Partner and search professional, you will develop and manage client relationships, and lead the delivery of all phases of your search and consulting services projects. Working with the HumanEdge team and applying your own skills, you will work to achieve successful outcomes for your clients’ talent recruitment and organizational development needs. This role offers the flexibility and freedom to operate independently while building an incredibly rewarding practice centered on the industry and organizational relationships you establish.
As the ideal candidate, you possess consulting experience and understand the value of building relationships and developing a professional network. Highly self-motivated, you have a strong work ethic, excellent collaborative problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.
Ideally your career experience includes leadership roles and/or management consulting services within one or more of the following sectors: Not-for-Profit, Manufacturing, Distribution, Financial, Engineering, Information Technology, or Professional Bodies / Associations.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or diploma.
- 10-15+ years in a career that has entailed professional services, account management, or management consulting.
- Previous experience and understanding of the search / recruitment sector would be an asset.
- Prior leadership roles and demonstrated people engagement skills.
- Adherence to integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, adaptive, and intuitive.
- Strong functional computer skills.
- Highly proactive, performance driven, and entrepreneurial.
- Capacity to function independently and with a team.
