It is one of the reasons I really enjoy this career. All our work on a search culminates to this stage, the final interviews and selection / hire. While confident anyone of the finalists can adequately fulfill the role, making the determination of “best fit” lies with the Client. It is always interesting watching the dynamics unfold. 😀
Adding to the excitement (and stress) is often technology, mainly when it doesn’t work or complications emerge. Hence, the importance of back-ups and relationships with other service providers. Never a dull moment! 😬 🙂
